Our carefully-selected assortment of fish and seafood arrives daily, enabling us to offer the freshest product available. We usually have a selected mix of the following fish in our seafood case:

Ahi tuna - sashimi grade
Tombo tuna - Hawaiian albacore
Halibut - local and Alaskan
Loch Duart Salmon. Loch Duart, located in Scotland, uses a sustainable and environmentally-responsible approach in rearing, harvesting, and supply of its fish.
Wild salmon (when in season)
Rainbow trout - sustainably farmed
Rock cod - local hand-caught

Prawns - sustainable and wild, from the Gulf of Mexico
