De la Paz's mission is to promote sustainability among coffee growing communities while sharing their flavorful treasures with you. All their coffee comes from farms and cooperatives that are Organic and/or Fair Trade certified. The coffee is roasted just a few blocks from the Bi-Rite Market on a small production roaster with a roast date on the back of each bag. We include a sampling of four 8 oz. bags for your drinking pleasure (assortment based on availability):

- Guatemala, Huehuetenango Region: A nice cherry flavor with a clean and dry aftertaste. Fair Trade Certified
- Peru 'Norte' Coop: This coffee has hints of chocolate and fruit flavors. It is high in acidity with a fine body. Fair Trade Certified
- Sumatra Gayoland: Another excellent Fair Trade Certified coffee. This coffee comes from the Gayo Highlands of the Aceh province of Sumatra, Indonesia. This is a sweet tasting coffee with hints of wine and spice. Low acidity with earthy tones.
- Timor, Cooperativa Cafe Timor (CCT): This coffee offers a mild and balanced cup. It has hints of chocolate when roasted lighter. Fair Trade Certified
