Shipping and Delivery

We ship within 1 to 2 business days after we receive the order. We ship to the continental 48 states. Currently we do not ship outside the United States.

Shipping Prices below are per shipping address. For two $65 baskets going to two different addresses, shipping is $15 per basket.

For addresses within San Francisco, we also offer delivery via messenger Monday through Friday. When using messenger delivery, please be sure someone is available to receive the package - the messenger cannot leave the gift at the door. Please call for rates and delivery availability.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please make sure your mailing address or gift recipient's address is 100% accurate. If you need assistance you can visit the "check address" section on the USPS website.

Substitution Policy

We reserve the right to substitute a product at an equal or greater value in any of our baskets. During the warm weather months we may make substitutions on specific items so that a chocolate bar doesn't become chocolate sauce.

Wine and Wine Shipping Information

Wine can be added to selected baskets; please ask for our recommendations. Due to federal regulations, we are only permitted to ship wine to the following states:

All orders containing wine will have a $3.00 "Adult Signature Required" fee added to the shipping charges. By making this purchase, you are confirming that you are at least 21 years of age. There must be someone 21 or older at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.
