New Catering Dishes that Put the Exotic into Spring Eating

Pasta Primavera with Asparagus, English Peas, Confit of Spring Garlic and Fresh Mint

When our chefs gave us a sneak peak taste of the dishes on our new spring catering menu, I was blown away by the vibrant flavors that almost had me tasting the earth the ingredients grew out of! The menu’s anchored in produce like grilled asparagus and favas, and may be our most exotic yet from the Moroccan Carrot and Snap Pea Salad with Charmoula Vinaigrette to the Mojo-Marinated Grilled Pork Tenderloin Skewers.

“We have a diverse community and we want to reflect that diversity in our menu,” says Chef Eddy.

Catering for the Red Carpet and Beyond

Although today’s balmy weather hints that spring is around the corner, the dishes on our late winter catering menu are going strong. Our “Peak of the Season” menu selections are a perfect complement for work luncheons, a weekend get-together, or this Sunday’s Oscar celebration…why not make your Oscar bets while enjoying some award-worthy nibbles from our catering menu? Top it off with a lively Monthuys Pere & Fils Champagne and the Creamery’s decadent Chocolate Midnight Cupcakes, and your night will be red carpet worthy!

Introducing our updated catering menu

With winter coming to a close, we did a bit of spring cleaning and are very excited to introduce our updated catering platter menu.  The menu  includes new platters such as:

Mini Thai Chicken Meatballs served with a spicy Sriracha Aioli

Orecchiette Pasta Salad with Roasted Broccoli, Walnut-Parsley Pesto, Piquillo Peppers and Shaved Parmesan

Wild Mushroom Focaccia Flatbread with Ricotta, Fresh Thyme and Chile Flakes

We’ve also kept the crowd favorites, such as the House-smoked Salmon, Grilled Chicken Skewers, and Focaccia Finger Sandwiches.
