Founder, Cassandra Chen was a financial trader working the trading floor before leaving to follow her passion for food. After years working in some of the Bay area’s best kitchens (Jardiniere among them) she moved to Marin with her husband and founded CC Made. She uses wholesome ingredients and no corn syrup in her products.
Made in: Berkeley, CA
Founded in 2014 by Evy Ballegeer, these Speculoos cookies which are native to Belgium are made using all organic ingredients and are free of preservatives. Speculoos cookies get their distinct flavor from the mix of cinnamon, clovers, pepper and cardamom. Little Belgium was a finalist in Martha Stewart’s American Made Awards.

Founder Dafna Kory got into the jam business after attending a Thanksgiving party where the host was serving crackers with cream cheese and jalapeno jam. She fell in love and needed more jalapeno jam, but could not find any. So she made it herself and the rest is history. Each jar contains fruit from a single source and comes from within 150 miles of the Bay Area.
Olli Salamini Norcino
Made in: Virginia
Olli Salumeria uses a 160 year old family recipe that was handed down over 4 generations, to founder, Oliviero “Olli” Colmignoli. Their products are made with pork from pigs raised on family-owned sustainable farms. The pigs are humanely pasture-raised and are fed all-vegetarian feeds (antibiotic-free and never fed animal by-products).
Tracy’s Small Batch Granola
Made in: Portland, Oregon
Founded in 2006 by Tracy Oseran, Tracy’s Small Batch Granola is hand made in small batches (hence the name) in Portland’s historic Central Eastside. Tracy is also the founder of Urban Gleaners, a food rescue organization which picks up surplus food from grocery stores, restaurants and farmers markets and delivers it to local agencies that feed the hungry. 100% of profits from Tracy’s Small Batch Granola go to fund her non-profit “Urban Gleaners.”
Jerk N Pickle Beef Jerky
Jerk N Pickle is made using locally sourced, pasture-raised Angus beef with a signature family marinade made from fresh produce. Committed to preserving old-fashioned, time honored jerky methods, Jerk N Pickle has been handcrafted in Belmont, California since 2011.
WUJU Original Mild Hot Sauce
In 2014, WUJU founder Lawrence Wu decided it was time to create a better hot sauce after he had a hot sauce “epiphany” when tasting the home made hot sauce of a friend. Avoiding the standard vinegary-spicy hot sauce model, he created the perfect blend of spicy and sweet heat that pairs well with any meal. Even better than that, Larry donates a portion of sales from every bottle to the cancer support non-profit Cook for Your Life.

Starting out with the help of La Cocina, a non-profit food incubator in San Francisco, owner and founder Christine Doerr has been able to sustain her driving philosophy of creating confections made from only natural and high quality ingredients, delivering the most delicious chocolate-filled experiences possible. Winning multiple confection awards since her start, the lucky recipient of her treats will find themselves rewarded with every mouth-watering bite.
Tcho Mokaccino Chocolate Bar
TCHO is “where Silicon Valley start-up meets San Francisco food culture.” Located in West Berkeley, TCHO makes their chocolate from scratch – sourcing cacao beans directly from growers and overseeing every step of the process from pod to palate. TCHO chocolate is featured in many Bi-Rite Creamery confections and ice creams.
