How can I place my order?
Our attentive and experienced Catering Staff is ready to help you craft the perfect event. You may place your order by submitting an online request form directly from the website, and one of our catering staff will respond to you shortly. When is the deadline to place my order?
The deadline to place an order is before 3pm, two days prior to your event. For example, if your event is on Wednesday, the deadline for placing your order is Monday before 3pm
How much should I order?
We are more than happy to recommend quantities for you. Our menu lists the number of servings per dish to give you a rough idea. If you want to avoid doing the math, just let us know which items you would like and we will suggest appropriate quantities for your event.
How will I pay for my order?
We will collect your credit card information when you place your order. The order will be charged in full the day before your event, and you will receive a receipt along with your food
Pick up or Delivery?
You can pick up your orders (excluding savory tartlets and focaccia flatbread- these items are only available for delivery) at either our 18th Street or Divisadero Market. Check in at the deli or with a manager when you arrive. Please allow 10-15 minutes for us to gather your order.

We also deliver within San Francisco any time between 7am and 7:00pm (Weekdays) and 7:45am-7:00pm (Weekends) . Our courier requires a 30 minute delivery window in which they will arrive with your order. There is a fee for delivery which is based on the total number of platters being delivered.
How will my food arrive?
Your food will arrive ready-to-serve, thoughtfully arranged by our in-house kitchen team. Our food is presented on recyclable wood or plastic platters, wicker baskets, or on oven-safe aluminum platters for items that require heating.
Will my food arrive hot?
No, we do not serve hot food. All of our items are made to be served at room temperature and will arrive that way. There are just a couple of items that should be reheated, which will be indicated in the description and arrive on oven –safe platters with instructions.
Does Bi-Rite provide plates, forks, crystal champagne flutes, etc with my delivery?
Yes to compostable plates and forks, no to the champagne flutes. We exclusively use biodegradable plates, utensils, cups, and napkins for our pick- up and drop off catering service. We charge a nominal fee per setting. Please tell us what you need and we’re happy to include it with your order. We can also provide disposable serving utensils upon request.
Does Bi-Rite send alcohol to events?
Yes! We have a full list of every beverage we offer, including beer and wine which are hand-selected by Bi-Rite’s Alcohol Buyer and Sommelier, Trac Le. To view our alcohol selection, click here.
What if I need to cancel?
You may change or cancel your order any time before 3pm, 2 days before your event.
Orders cancelled with less than two days’ notice will be charged 50% of the order total
Orders cancelled less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 75% of the order total.
