Made in SF: This box is chock full of unique flavors handmade by vendors and artisans here in our hometown of San Francisco!   Rudyard Kipling once commented that San Francisco has “only one drawback – ‘Tis hard to leave.”  We happen to agree.  If you know someone who isn’t in SF at the moment, help them through this difficult time with a Made in SF basket. For Pick-Up: Gift boxes can be picked up at our 18th Street Market or Divisadero Street Market. For gift box pick-ups, please allow 3 day turnaround time at our 18th Street Market, and 4 day turnaround time at our Divisadero Street Market.  On your gift box order form, please specify the location from which you’ll be picking up.

Shipping and Delivery: We ship within 3 business days of confirming your order within the continental 48 states. Currently we do not ship outside the United States. Shipping prices below are per shipping address. For two $65 boxes going to two different addresses, shipping is $15 per box. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please make sure your mailing address or gift recipient’s address is 100% accurate. If you need assistance you can visit the “check address” section on the USPS website.

For addresses within San Francisco, we also offer delivery via messenger Monday through Friday for $20. When using messenger delivery, we will ask for a confirmed time window when someone will be available to receive the package — the messenger cannot leave the gift at the door. Please call us to discuss messenger rates and availability outside of San Francisco.

All orders must be accompanied by our gift box order form (pdf). Please complete and fax (415-241-9870) or email it back to us; we are unable to process an order without this completed form. We will confirm your order and shipping/pickup date via a call or email response, and your gift box will be created within 3 business days of that confirmation.

Substitution Policy: We reserve the right to substitute a product at an equal or greater value in any of our boxes. During the warm weather months we may make substitutions on specific items so that a chocolate bar doesn’t become chocolate sauce.

Guarantee: If you’re not 100% satisfied with your gift, please let us know and we’ll do what it takes to make it right.

Group and Corporate Gifts: Please call us to see how we can create a special program for your clients and colleagues. For orders of multiple boxes, delivery time will vary due to product availability.

Personal Note Cards: We will insert a note from you at no charge; please write the message you’d like when submitting your gift box order form.
