    I agree about the flavorful food dulling our pallet. When I overdue it with the sweet sauces of chinese food, for example, I have such a hard time going back to my nutritious diet. The reason is because it just doesn’t taste good. Avoiding these types of unhealthy food, makes you more appreciative of the nutritious food. It begins to taste better also.
